Booking Details
Get Loose sets a minimum package cost of $2,000.00 for local events in South Lake Tahoe, but this amount may increase for events in other locations and during the peak wedding season from June to September. Keep in mind that the package price doesn't include sales tax, and 20% gratuity which will be added. When booking Get Loose for your event, you'll need to provide a 50% deposit along with a signed contract. The remaining balance should be settled one week before your event takes place.

Get Loose excels in service excellence, with two dedicated servers for events of up to 100 guests. Our scalable service adapts to larger guest lists, offering a six-hour beverage service and flexible drinkware options. We handle setup and breakdown seamlessly, including no-cost travel within South Lake Tahoe

Our estimate encompasses the selected package and bartending costs and includes the renovated vintage mobile trailer. Our bartenders are skilled in pouring beer, wine, and champagne as part of our core offering. For cocktail preferences, explore our diverse packages below. We provide ice, bartending supplies, and non-alcoholic mixers.
Rental Information and Inclusive Drinkware
Notably, our estimate does not cover the provision of a bar, glassware, or mugs. If you require such rentals, we recommend reaching out to our recommended party rental provider. Additionally, please be aware that part of our service includes providing disposable drinkware for your beverages.
Limitations on Item Retrieval & Additional Services
While we commit to managing the retrieval of drink-related items at the end of the service hours, this service does not extend to items unrelated to beverages or products not provided by Get Loose Tahoe. Our estimate also excludes table arrangement, chair or furniture relocation. If these services are needed, kindly communicate your requirements in advance.
